Char Software, Inc. is a Boston based software company focused exclusively on building interactive web and mobile software for its clients and our team possesses deep technical and business experience in the mobile and software sectors.

Brian Suthoff

Brian has over 15 years of experience developing successful businesses in both new ventures and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Brian worked on his own mobile analytics project and brings those experiences, ideas and relationships to Localytics. Previously, Brian developed strategic partnerships and led international expansion for Third Screen Media, the leading mobile ad network acquired by AOL. He has also directed product management at Alcatel, after its acquisition of WaterCove Networks. He holds an MBA and degree in Finance/Economics. Outside the office, Brian has a black belt in Taekwon-do.

Henry Cipolla

Henry has been programming for over 15 years, starting well before his Computer Science degree from Boston University. His development experience covers many areas including software and systems for banks and universities. Most recently Henry spent several years in the Windows Core OS division at Microsoft, where his team received several Microsoft Engineering Excellence awards including the prestigious Chairman’s award. Outside of software, Henry is an avid motor sports fan hoping to be competitive in SCCA Spec Miata racing.

Andrew Rollins

Andrew’s history with computers started on a 386 PC programming in BASIC. Prior to completing his degree in Computer Science at Boston University, Andrew ran a PC repair business and a gaming web site. Prior to Localytics he spent several years at Microsoft working on storage technologies for Windows Server 2008. Outside of work, Andrew’s interests include video games and drumming.
